The reaction kettle from WUXI ZHANGHUA PHARMACEUTICAL EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. is a versatile piece of equipment designed for various production processes. It consists of a kettle body, kettle cover, agitator, heating jacket, supporting and driving devices, seal devices, and more. The kettle is equipped with electric heating rods for efficient heating.
For different production needs, the kettle offers various mixing patterns such as anchor, propeller, turbo, push, or frame. The support seat comes in hanging or back supporting types. The jacket features holes for oil in and out, venting, and temperature monitoring. A discharge hole is located at the bottom of the kettle for easy product removal.
The rotating mechanism can be equipped with a Cycloidal pinwheel reducer, variable-speed reducer, or other options. The sealing device can use machines, while heating and cooling can be achieved through sleeve, semi-tube, or coil pipe structures. Heating modes include steam, electric heating, and heat conduction oil.
Designed to meet various requirements such as acid-and alkali-proof, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, the reaction kettle can be customized based on clients' specific requests.
Materials of the reaction kettle are heated by the jacket. The vent pipe installed in the upper part of the jacket should be unblocked. Oil should be slowly heated, especially in the first warming period, to prevent oil and steam from blasting boiling. If there are no materials (heat absorbing medium) in the kettle, do not heat the jacket for testing. The heating speed and insulation status (on/off) can be adjusted by valves or temperature controller.
