Size Scale of Fermentation Tank

At WUXI ZHANGHUA PHARMACEUTICAL EQUIPMENT CO., LTD., our fermentation tanks are designed with precision and efficiency in mind. The height to diameter scale of our tanks is optimized at approximately 1.7 to 4, ensuring ideal fermentation conditions.

Our tanks come equipped with two sets of agitators, strategically placed at a distance (S) three times the diameter of the agitator for optimal mixing. For larger tanks or those with high liquid depth (HL), three or more sets of agitators can be installed to enhance performance.

To maintain efficient liquid circulation, we recommend positioning the bottom agitator close to the air dust exit, with a distance to the tank bottom (C) equal to the agitator diameter (Di), but not less than 0.8 times Di.
